What Comes After Contacting Me

Job seekers – Contact me by email or phone or connect with me on LinkedIn. Then, book a consult with me. First, we’ll have the initial FREE consultation. During our initial consult, we will discuss your goals and how I can help you achieve them. If it makes sense to work together, I will send an engagement agreement. You will review, sign and make the initial payment. Then, we will get to work to make sure you’ll thrive at work in the ways you want to.

Employees – First, we’ll have the initial FREE consultation. We’ll discuss your problems, goals, desired outcomes and how I can help you achieve them. If it makes sense to work together, I will send an engagement agreement. You will review, sign and make the initial payment. Then, we will get to work to make sure you’ll thrive at work.

Organizations – First, we’ll have the initial FREE consultation. We’ll discuss your workplace accommodation needs, well-being challenges, retention goals and more. If it make sense to work together, I will send a retainer agreement. You will review, sign and make the initial payment. Then, I will review your current workplace layout and make recommendations to improve accessibility and well-being for your employees. I will plan a quarterly workshop to address your employees’ top well-being challenges based off of feedback from your employees.

I will also provide additional resources and referrals as necessary.
